Pet Bowls & Plates

Bowls, plates and treat canisters that look right on a kitchen floor: stoneware and ceramic dog bowls with a bone motif from Coton Colors, sculpted and patterned bowls from Fringe Studios including the Happy Camper and the textile-lines design, a cat plate shaped like a cat face, "Meow" cat bowls, an unspillable bowl for the enthusiastic drinker, and a collapsible travel set from Modgy for the car. Prices from $12.99 to about $55.

Most of the ceramic bowls are dishwasher-safe and heavy enough not to travel across the floor at dinner. The stoneware bone bowls come in sizes from small to extra large, and the mint treat canister matches the mint bowl. Under the bowl, a Soggy Doggy slop mat catches what the dog misses.

Bowls are one of the first things on the list for a new dog, alongside a collar and a bed; our new-puppy checklist has the rest. Fill them from the treats shelf.
